Kentish Plover in the rain.

The past 08 of april I detected in a very cold and rainy afternoon a Kentish plover at Zolina reservoir that produced the first time that I see it here and to the moment the only sighting this year.

Is a very scarce visitor in the place and it is not also easy to detect due to the long distances.

I saw atwo Ringed plovers very far away and when I was approaching them I saw a small head showing just behind a piece of earth.

I stood there waiting, till it moved and then clearly saw its dark legs a gentle face.

Then started raining cats and dogs and runned to the car....
